Matthew Larsen
Matthew Larsen was a 2014 Libertarian candidate for District 29A of the Idaho House of Representatives.
Biography
At the time of his candidacy, Larsen was attending Idaho State University pursuing a business degree and also serving as the vice president of the Young Americans for Liberty.[1]
In 2012, Larsen was elected as a precinct committeeman for the Republican party in Bannock County. After campaigning for Ron Paul, Larsen chose to become a Libertarian.[2]

2014
Elections for the Idaho House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 20, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 14, 2014. Mark Nye was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Matthew Bloxham was unopposed in the Republican primary. Nye defeated Bloxham and Matthew Larsen (L) in the general election.[5][6][7][8]
