Millennial. Punch a timeclock. Parent. Immigrant. Grew up poor. So far, I can fix anything.
  • Fix the housing shortage and get prices down.
  • Fix Texas healthcare, make it predictably priced, affordable, and available to all.
  • Actually fund public services (like the DMV) so they're not frustrating and you can actually get an appointment this week.
Immigration. I immigrated from Canada. Congress needs to fix the laws and adequately staff the bureaucracy.

Public land access. Texas doesn't have much recreational land that's accessible to where people live. That needs investment into more public land, and incentives for private land owners to create recreational opportunities.

Dealership warranty work. Warranty work should get paid at the same rate as customer work.
Hank Green: "Anything that could possibly be influenced by socio-economic status, probably is."
I'm actually relatable, I'm not old enough to have voted for Reagan and I'm not rich. I'm middle class with rural (redneck, even, ha) hobbies. I grew up in a single parent household with the usual lack of child support payments, and that was in Canada which has a much better (although still very inadequate) social safety net.
Yes. However, we need more average, reasonable to run for office. What we have right now is a lot of well-funded people with extreme views, and very little care for what poor-to-middle-class voters want or need.
