Matthew Nelson (Massachusetts)
Matthew Nelson was a member of the Massachusetts Public Utilities Commission. He assumed office in 2019. He left office on January 4, 2023.
Biography
Nelson was the director of electric power and regional and federal affairs before becoming commission chair. He began working for the state Department of Public Utilities in 2007. Nelson also served as the supervisor of regulatory, policy, and planning for Eversource Energy for four years.[1][2]
