I’m a graduate of JCPS and a father to a kid in JCPS currently. I’m a husband, Eagle Scout and Engineer. I spent the past decade working in American manufacturing as both a plant engineer and outside consultant. After watching the current state of politics I decided to get involved because I believe I can make a difference. I look forward to listening to people, hearing what struggles they have, and then going to push for legislation to make positive change.
  • Support Collective Bargaining and Unions
  • Standing up for Public Education
  • Expanding access and affordability for healthcare, with an emphasis on mental health
Labor Rights, Public Education, Fiscal Policy
Andy Beshear. Watching that man leading the state of Kentucky with love and kindness through some of the most challenging times while some Kentuckians he was trying to take care of continuously hurled hate and vitriol his way. That to me, is the greatest display of strength.
Empathetic and Caring. We need public servants that can relate to the struggles and pain that people are going through, and need representatives that simply care about their constituents.
Listen to the constituents and then work with fellow legislators to enact policy that addresses the needs of their community.
A relationship that has an open line of communion as well as a mutual respect for each other.
Fiscal policy causing cost of living to continue to increase. People not being able to afford food, housing, insurance, medical expenses will continue to be the number one problem for the next decade.
It can be beneficial but it is not necessary. A fresh perspective helps root out instances of complacency and helps challenge the status quo.
Yes. Ideally the legislative body should be made of people working together to get what’s best for all Kentuckians. Having people who can relate to each other and find common ground is critical to an ideal and effective legislative body.
The first day I ever knocked doors I had a person who informed me they lost both their parents to suicide and they were just so moved and hopeful that it was one of the main parts of my platform. I’ll never forget that interaction.
If the emergency powers are being used to address ACTUAL emergencies then yes. Kentucky is no stranger to dangerous storms, and there will be times the state needs to be agile to help people. In these situations I believe it makes sense and can be used with correctly.
Term Limits. Americans want them, politicians need to stop getting in the way of the will of the people.
Economic Development and Workforce Investments, Small Business and Information Technology, Banking and Insurance
I think transparency and accountability are extremely important. Accountability makes sure that people can’t make false or misleading claims by following up with what was said with results. Transparency is critical because it allows for dissemination of information, enabling outside sources the ability to verify things are correct as well as identify potential problems or injustices that are overlooked.

I'm a Husband, Father, Eagle Scout, and Electrical Engineer. Born and Raised in Louisville Kentucky.
  • I will fight to fully fund educators.
  • I understand my role as a representative is to be a voice for all my constituents.
  • I care about the people in my community
Education, Workers Rights, Liberty Over Ones Body (Pro Choice), Affordable Health Care, Mental Health initiatives, Medical Cannabis, Recreational Cannabis for Tax Revenue, Gun Safety, Local Businesses
People that are taller than 6'2. I would like to follow the example of Mr. Rogers because I believe showing kindness to others is the greatest strength one can exhibit, and I believe it is lacking in our world today.
Listening to the constituents, understanding their needs, and struggles, and wants then pushing for legislation that addresses problems and provides solutions.
My first job out of college was working as an Electrical Engineer at a paper mill in Hawesville Kentucky. I had that job for about 2-3 years.
The house is responsible for making and changing laws. As an engineer I wrote and developed logic for manufacturing equipment and processes that increased efficiency and safety, now I want to go write laws that improve the health and well being of Americans.
Fiscal Policy. I believe there will be a recession and/or depression due to poor fiscal policy, oversight, and regulation in America's financial institutions from the past few decades and we the American people will see and feel the consequences of those poor choices.
House Banking and Insurance Committee, House Natural Resources and Energy Committee, Small Business and Information and Technology Committee
They are needed for all seats throughout American Government.
I believe compromises are desirable for policymaking because it means more buy in from all parties involved, but not 100% necessary.
It would be to ensure that raising revenue is done in a transparent manner so that constituents understand WHY the government is asking for money from them, and its is also my role to ensure that the government spends funds appropriately.
