The city of Arlington, Texas, held elections for mayor and city council on May 6, 2017. A runoff election was held on June 10, 2017. The filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 17, 2017.[1]

Incumbent Lana Wolff and Dakota Loupe defeated Matthew Powers in the general election for District 5 on the Arlington City Council.[2]
