Cox was re-elected to the 89th circuit court of Union County, Indiana in 2010. He ran unopposed in both the Republican primary and the general election.[3]
2004
In 2004, Cox was elected to the 89th circuit court of Union County, Indiana. In the Republican primary he ran against Bryce D. Owens, and won receiving 78% of the vote. In the general election Cox ran against Democratic opponent Carol A. Weber. Cox won the general election receiving 71% of the vote.[4]
