Matthew Scherb
Matthew Scherb is a judge for Division 8 of the California 2nd District Court of Appeal. He assumed office on November 17, 2025. His current term ends on January 11, 2027.
Gavin Newsom (D) appointed Scherb to the California 2nd District Court of Appeal Division 8 on August 7, 2025 to replace Elizabeth A. Grimes (Nonpartisan).[1]
