Maurice Neil Andrews (1894-1967) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Andrews received a recess appointment from President Harry Truman on October 21, 1949, to a new seat created by 63 Stat. 493; he was then nominated on January 5, 1950. He served as chief judge from 1949 until he resigned on October 31, 1950. Andrews was succeeded in this position by William Sloan.
