Maurice Timothy Dooling (1860-1924) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

He was nominated by President Woodrow Wilson on July 18, 1913 to fill the seat vacated by John Jefferson DeHaven. He was confirmed by the Senate on July 28th, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on November 4, 1924. Dooling was succeeded in this position by Adolphus Frederic St. Sure.
