Max Rosenn (1910-2006) was a federal judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.

Rosenn was nominated by President Richard Nixon on September 3, 1970, to a seat vacated by David Stahl; he was confirmed by the Senate on October 6, 1970, and received commission the next day. He assumed senior status on January 21, 1981, and served in that capacity until his death on February 7, 2006.[1]
