Max W. Koch, III was a 2014 Libertarian candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 30th Congressional District of Texas.[1] Max Koch, III lost the general election on November 4, 2014.

Koch was a 2012 Libertarian candidate for District 96 of the Texas House of Representatives.

Koch ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. House to represent Texas' 30th District. Koch won the Libertarian Party nomination at the state convention in April 2014.[2] He was defeated by incumbent Eddie Bernice Johnson (D) in the general election on November 4, 2014.[3]

Koch ran in the 2012 election for Texas House of Representatives, District 96. Koch ran unopposed in the May 29 primary election and was defeated by incumbent Bill Zedler (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[4]
