Ballotpedia covers local ballot measures voted on in the Texas cities which are part of the 100 largest cities by population in the United States:
Three cities - Arlington, Plano, and San Antonio - voted on 14 measures on May 6, 2017. Voters in Arlington approved measures authorizing $45 million in bonds for a senior center and a civil service law for city firefighters. San Antonio voters approved six bond measures dealing with flood control, bridges, cultural facilities, and public safety. Five of six bond propositions in Plano were approved, allowing bonds up to $220.62 million for transportation, parks, and public safety facilities. Voters rejected Proposition 6, which proposed $3.5 million in bonds for historic preservation projects.
These ballot items sometimes include measures affecting other jurisdictions—such as counties, school districts, and community college districts—with which the cities overlap.
