Recall supporters

The recall effort was organized by a group called Save Dalton Gardens. The group was founded by Dalton Gardens residents Jeff Crandall, Mark Cook, Susan Cook, Peggy Leonard, and Patrick Leonard. Save Dalton Gardens accused the members of the city council of acting illegally when they made a deal to allow a four-home development on a 5-acre meadow at 7079 N. 16th Street.[3]

Recall opponents

Roberge and the city council said they made the deal to prevent a lawsuit filed against the city over strict development codes.[4]
