Submitted Biography "I'm a fourth generation New Orleanian who has traveled the world to learn what it takes to be among the best cities on Earth. An entrepreneur, a property manager, an activist, and a lover of everything that makes New Orleans special, I know our city well and I believe in it's potential. I studied Political Science and Sociology at the University of New Orleans, volunteered during Katrina and Ida, marched against BP during the massive oil spill, and been an active member of the Krewe of Motha Roux Free Thinkers Society. I've been passionate about politics for as long as I can remember and feel like the best way to make change is to get involved and be a part of the process. New Orleans is at a pivotal point in its history and I hope by running for Mayor I will be able to help steer us in the right direction."

Submitted Biography "Eldon Delloyd Anderson, a native New Orleanian, was born at Sara Mayo Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Gwendolyn Anderson. My Mom had a lasting and enduring effect on my life. Mrs. Anderson genuinely believed and daily instilled in all of her (7) children and the children in her community that education, respect, and discipline goes a long way, and they can take you wherever you want to go in life. She taught us that education is the pillar of a good life and is something that no one could ever take away from you. For over nineteen (19) years I was employed by the City of New Orleans under the leadership Mayor Ernest “Dutch” Morial, Mayor Sidney Barthelemy, Mayor Marc H. Morial, and Mayor C. Ray Nagin where I helped to improve the lives of New Orleans youth. At the very age of thirteen (13), I was employed by Mayor Ernest “Dutch” Morial’s City of New Orleans’ summer youth program which brought me full-circle in working in the community at the same place (Kingsley House) where I started my education. At the age of seventeen (17) I believed in and supported the wellbeing of my community and worked at Kingsley House as a group leader where I vowed at a young age that I would always mentor the younger generation."

COMMUNITY INPUT - Without gathering information, and actively listening, you are not serving the people of our city as a whole. Once elected, I will make sure that all neighborhoods will have a seat at the table to represent their concerns and to be counted on decisions in their own neighborhoods.

ENVIRONMENT - Heath extends far beyond our physical body. It includes the body of our land and surroundings as well. - I would promote the development of a "green" art space in all of our parks and recreation areas. - I will promote increased stormwater management and allocate funding to promote green infrastructure. - I will promote more capture and use of storm water for use in rain gardens and pervious paving citywide. - I will promote the creation of solar power stations throughout the city. And - I will offer businesses incentives to "build green".

LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS - New Orleans has been named the fourth most entrepreneurial City in the United States. With so many small business tax payers, I have yet to see any financial measures put into place to mitigate the forced extended closures of our small businesses to keep us stable for growth upon reopening. As your leader, If I am ever faced with a global life or death situation that will put our small businesses in a position to lose, I will CONTINUE TO PROTECT you by creating a balancing plan to mitigate forced losses so that our small businesses are on an equal playing field with the rest of the region.

Submitted Biography "I'm born and orphaned in San Salvador, El Salvador at the beginning of the Salvadoran Civil War. I was adopted and rescued by my mother who grew up in Gentilly, New Orleans and my father who grew up south of Detroit. As a seasoned entrepreneur, business leader, consultant, author, and executive coach, I bring unique qualifications to office of Mayor. I specialize in Leadership and Management and have a Change Management Specialist Certification as well as an IASSC Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. I offer our city a full range of strategies, tactics, exercises, and interventions that will upgrade communication, lower operating costs, untangle bureaucracies, and streamline execution within city government. I see New Orleans as the product of its people, not of its government. I see New Orleans as a product of its strength not of its politics. I see New Orleans’ future as a product of today, not its past. I offer superlative leadership skills with the proper attention to detail, a comprehensive understanding of the system, and what needs attention at what time. Operational Management of this city will be transparent and constantly measured to ensure the legacy of continuous operational improvement and an environment of transparency. I offer High Performance Government. "
