McKinley Bailey
McKinley Bailey (b. November 12, 1980) was a Democratic member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 9th District from 2007 to 2010.
Bailey served in the United States Army in Iraq and Afghanistan.
He is Founder and President of the University of Iowa Veterans Association, and a Veterans Advisor with the University of Iowa Veterans Center.[1]

Bailey lost his bid for re-election to the 9th District seat to Stewart Iverson, Jr. (R). Bailey had no opposition in the Democratic primary. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[2]

2008
On November 4, 2008, Bailey was re-elected to the 9th District Seat in the Iowa House of Representatives, defeating Jamie Johnson (R).[3] Bailey raised $189,793 for his campaign, while Johnson raised $179,873.[4]
