Text of measure
The question on the ballot:
Shall the limitation on the amount of taxes which may be assessed against all property in Mecosta-Osceola Intermediate School District, Michigan, be increased by .75 mill ($0.75 on each $1,000 of taxable valuation) for a period of 5 years, 2012 to 2016, inclusive, to provide funds to enhance other state and local funding for local school district operating purposes; the estimate of the revenue the intermediate school district will collect and distribute if the millage is approved and levied in 2012 is approximately $1,451,514.[3] |
