A Medina County Mental Health Levy Replacement measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in Medina County.

- YES 37,550 (59.6%)
- NO 25,422 (40.4%)[1]
This measure sought to replace the current Mental Health levy with one set at a rate of 1.12 mills for a further ten years in order to help pay for mental health services which are offered in the county.[2]
