Fahey earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.[1]

Career

Fahey has worked as an assistant U.S. Attorney in both civil and criminal divisions. She is also a former associate attorney for Bracewell LLP and Jenner & Block, LLC.[1]
