Biography
Murphy received a bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College in California and a J.D. from the University of Colorado’s School of Law..[1]
Prior to being appointed to the Washington Court of Appeals, Murphy served as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Yakima County, and worked in private law practice.[2]
