Megan Smith (Vermont)
Megan Smith (b. June 21, 1955) was a Democratic member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Rutland-Windsor-1. Smith joined the Vermont State House of Representatives in 2009 and served until 2010.
Smith was the District Manager of Au Bon Pain, Incorporated from 1987 to 1994. She then worked for the Vermont Inn as the owner/Innkeeper from 1995 to 2007. She has been the Executive Director of Dimensions of Marble since 2006.
Smith earned her B.S. in Commercial Recreation Management from Southern Illinois University in 1976.

Smith ran for re-election to the Rutland-Windsor 1 District in 2010. She lost to James Eckhardt (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[1]
