Biography

Meghan Kilcoyne was born in Sterling, Massachusetts, and lives in Northborough, Massachusetts. Kilcoyne graduated from Wachusett Regional High School. She earned a B.A. in history from Stonehill College. Kilcoyne's career experience includes working as the legislative director and chief budget analyst for former Massachusetts State Representative Harold Naughton Jr.
