Education
Mansell received her Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University in 1983 and her Juris Doctorate from Willamette University College of Law in 1989 and graduated top 20% of her class.[2][1]
Career
Attorney Mansell was a Private Attorney and business owner for 19 years, handling both trials and appeals. She has been admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, Oregon State and Federal Courts, and Tribal Court.[2][1]
2010 election
Mansell ran against Monte Campbell, Sally Avera and Chester Scott for Position 2 on the Polk County Circuit Court in 2010. She was defeated by Monte Campbell.[3][4]
