Melinda Gibbons Prunty (Republican Party) was a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing District 15. She assumed office in 2017. She left office on January 1, 2023.
Prunty (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the Kentucky House of Representatives to represent District 15. She won in the general election on November 3, 2020.
Biography
Melinda Gibbons Prunty was born on December 5, 1957, and, as of February 2020, lived in Belton, Kentucky. She earned a B.H.S. in physical therapy from the University of Kentucky and an M.T.S. from St. Meinrad School of Theology. Prunty’s career experience includes working with the Muhlenberg Chamber of Commerce and as a community connector with Vision 20/20. She also volunteered with Friends of Lake Malone and the NACYML.[1]
