Melinda Hill was a 2016 Republican candidate for District 20 of the Kentucky House of Representatives.[1]

Hill issued the following statement regarding her bid for office:[2]

“ Melinda Hill maintains an active commitment to the Bowling Green area through civic and community engagement. First elected in 2011, Hill [has served as] a Bowling Green City Commissioner and as Mayor Pro Tem. She [has also served as] chairperson for the Sloan Convention Center Board, a member of the Inter-Modal Transportation Authority Board of Directors, the chairperson for the Job Development Incentive Program and a member of the Life’s Better Together Board.[3] ”
