I am an Attorney. I am a courageous conservative, a constitutionalist and government minimalist. I am mother, with a vested interested in the future of our nation. I am not a career politician and I do not intend to become one. I am interested in serving and represeneting the people of district 18 in our Federal Government.
  • I am running to see a return to the protection of our Constitutional rights, given to us by our creator.
  • I am a government minimalist and intend to correct the Federal Government 's extreme overreach into our State.
  • I intend to do all that I can to put an end to child sex trafficking in our nation and at our boarder. I am a survivor of and advocate against child sexual exploitation.
As a government minimalist, I would support bills like the one Congressman Massie has piloted to abolish the US Department of Education, as it is unconstitutional. I am passionate about see our boarders secured, our Veterans properly cared for, our Constitutional upheld, our 16th Amendment repealed and the Federal Government making good on their 20 years promise to fund CERP and fix our water issues in Florida.
I look up to my mother. It was her character and drive that was modeled for me on a daily basis and it is why I am the woman I am.
It is most important that an elected official is of high moral character. That they come through in action and that they do not lie. Character is where the focus out to be.
I am unyielding in my pursuit and expression of truth. I have high moral character and will not take my oath to our Constitution lightly. I will not be corrupted by peer pressure or dark money incentives. I can not be bought. I am beholden to God and the people.
To uphold the oath that they take to the Constitution. They are to represent the will of the people, within the confines of that oath. The role of government is to protect individual liberties outlined in our Constitution - nothing more.
I am running for the future of my child and every American child. I pray that when they look back on this time in history, they will see that I fought fervently, with honor and that I fought for them.
Babysitting and working at a bagel shop.
The Four Agreements. I am a fan of personal responsibility.
I am all I could ever want to be - what a blessing to be HUMAN.
Buffalo Springfield - Stop Children What's That Sound
Being a single mother, with a baby in diapers, working two jobs and putting myself through law school was a struggle but I made it to the other side. That is why I found A Mothers Heart Corp. To give back and to help other struggling single mothers in our community.
It should posses the voice of the people. It should be a place that representatives go with the voice and heart of the people to create laws that PROTECT the individual rights of people, not limit or infringe upon them.
Unity. The American people have woken up to the fact that a small few control our government on both sides of the isle. We are in the process of re-infiltrating our own party and government. However, we can not do this if we remain divided. We must ignore the propaganda and come together as united Americans in taking our Nation back!
I imagine once I serve a term I can answer this question from a better vantage point.
YES PLEASE!! I will term myself out, that is how strongly I believe in them. I signed the term limits pledge and I will fight for the legislation to get it done!
Yes, I spoke with a retired vet, who at the start of the covid virus outbreak, was unable to wear a mask because of his ptsd. The man called me because he was having trouble obtaining food or even going for a haircut as he was refused service in he Country that he served.
"When someone hands me a flyer, it's like they're saying, 'Here, you throw this away.'"
It depends on the circumstance and the leverage one has.
We need to REDUCE spending NOT increase it. We have a spending problem along with a misunderstanding of the role of Government.

Campaign website

Martz's campaign website stated the following:

CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS

The Constitution and our inalienable God-given rights, are a non-negotiable. We are seeing a fierce attack on our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, along with all FIVE of our FIRST Amendment Rights (Speech, Religion, Press, Right to assemble & Redress of grievances) . The Constitution does not grant rights. It enumerates the rights that the government is charged to protect. As a government minimalist, I support the the following:

*Abolish the U.S. Department of Education
*Abolish the ATF
*Get RID of the double TAX on Social Security
*Take exceptional care of our Veterans!
*Repeal the 16th Amendment
*Implement TERM LIMITS for US House. Representatives
*Protect Election Integrity
*Cut Unconstitutional Spending & reduce Federal Employees
*Secure our border against child Sex trafficking and drug trafficking
*ROE v. WADE was overturned because it was UNCONSTITUTIONAL. This remains a states issue under our 10th Amendment. I will not vote to pass any legislation that infringes on State Rights.

FAMILY FIRST

The family unit is our Country's most valuable asset. It is paramount that we see a definitive end to child trafficking in our nation. Child sexual exploitation can no longer be tolerated in word, suggestion or deed. Trafficking of drugs and children must be stopped at our border.

PROPERTY RIGHTS

AMERICA FIRST. Our farmers are and must be the backbone of our nation. I will seize the opportunity to support the American farmer, American made products and the Property Rights of the American people.

FLORIDA’S CLEAN WATER ISSUE

In December 2020, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) granted the State of Florida’s request to assume control of Section 404 of the Clean Water Act Program. Florida State has the power over the Clean water Issue, NOT the Federal Government. In 2000, US Congress approved the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan (CERP). Under CERP , the Federal Government promised to fund 50% of the plan. Yet, this hasn’t happened. It will be my job to hold the Federal Government accountable.[2]
