Education
Moody earned an undergraduate degree from University of Illinois and a master's degree from Penn State. She earned her J.D. from Cornell University.[3]
Career
Moody began her legal career as a law clerk for former Idaho Supreme Court Justice Gerald Schroeder. She then served as a deputy prosecutor for Ada County and as a deputy attorney general in the Criminal Appellate Division. She has also served as a city prosecutor in Nampa, Idaho, and has worked as an attorney general in the Civil Litigation Division prior to being promoted as deputy attorney general of the Special Prosecutions Division. She additionally served for nearly one year as a criminal law specialist for the American Bar Association in Tbilisi in the former Soviet republic of Georgia.[3]
