In addition to operating two medical groups and a health plan, Seaside Health Plan, Memorial Care also operated five hospitals, Long Beach Memorial, Miller Children's and Women's Hospital Long Beach, Community Hospital Long Beach, Orange Coast Memorial, and Saddleback Memorial.[3]
Memorial Care also provided health insurance through its Seaside Health Plan. In 2016, airplane manufacturer Boeing contracted with Memorial Care to provide health insurance to its employees in Southern California.
