A Mendocino County Sales Tax to Support Libraries, Measure A ballot question was on the November 8, 2011 ballot for voters in Mendocino County, where it was approved.

The Measure A tax rate will be one-eighth cent (0.125%), and it will last for 16 years.

A two-thirds (66.67%) vote was required for approval.
