|- Mercedes is a Camp Hill Borough Councilwoman who is ready to deliver for her community. She would be the first Latino from Central Pennsylvania elected to the State House.
- Mercedes has experienced the financial struggles families are facing. She will fight to ensure that jobs pay a living wage and that kids get an education that prepares them for the 21st century economy.
- Mercedes is responsive to her community’s needs, like preventing I-83 South Bridge tolling, which would have negatively impacted the entire district. She will work with government and local developers to build more affordable housing. Mercedes believes that engaging the community helps develop the best solutions.
