Mercedes Maldonado was a candidate for judge of the Pelham Town Court in Westchester County, New York.[1]

Maldonado ran for election as a Town Justice on November 8th after winning the Democratic primary. She earned 23% of the vote and was defeated by incumbent Stephen F. Huff and John DeChiaro for two open seats in the General Election.[2][1]
