General: He won without opposition in the general election on November 5, 2013.
Education
Spahn earned his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1989 and his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1992.[4]
Career
Prior to his election to the bench, Spahn was a partner at his firm of Spahn & Encarnacion in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.[5]
