Merrill M. Spahn, Jr. is a judge for the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. He was elected in November, 2013 for a term that expires in 2023.[1]

Spahn, Jr. ran for election to the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas.

Primary: He received 100 percent of the vote in the Democratic primary on May 21, 2013. He cross-filed, receiving 100% of the vote in the Republican primary as well. 
General: He won without opposition in the general election on November 5, 2013.

Education

Spahn earned his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1989 and his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1992.[4]

Career

Prior to his election to the bench, Spahn was a partner at his firm of Spahn & Encarnacion in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.[5]
