Larry Young is the superintendent of the Metropolitan School District of Pike Township. Young was appointed interim superintendent in January 2022, and as full superintendent in June 2022. Young's previous career experience includes working as superintendent, assistant superintendent, director, principal, assistant principal, and a teacher.[1][2]
Past superintendents
- Flora Reichanadter was the superintendent of the Metropolitan School District of Pike Township from January 2017 until January 2022. Reichanadter's previous career experience includes working as a teacher, the superintendent of the Franklin Township Community School Corporation, and the director of elementary curriculum of Hamilton Southeastern Schools.[3][4]
- Nathaniel Jones was the superintendent of the Metropolitan School District of Pike Township from 2003 to 2016. Jones' previous career experience included working as a teacher.[5]
