As co-founder of Institute on the Constitution (TheAmericanView.com), I am unwavering in my stance on protecting the God-given, constitutionally protected liberties of Marylanders. IOTC is a nation-wide program which teaches the principles incorporated in the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, and the Maryland Constitution. I have taught and lectured across the country about law, liberty, and government.

In 2004, I was the Constitution Party’s candidate for President of the United States of America. I ran on the platform that sought to Honor God, Protect the Family, and Restore the Republic. I was elected as Anne Arundel County Councilman in 2014 and was elected Council Chairman in 2018. I graduated from Loyola College and University of Baltimore School of Law. I briefly served in a legal capacity for the Department of Health and Human Services before partnering with my brother in the law firm of Peroutka & Peroutka. I have three grown children and live with my wife Natalie in Millersville, MD.

Defend the dignity of all human life by acting to protect the lives of all persons including the pre-born and the elderly.


Restore

Restore election integrity:

✔ Investigate discrepancies and anomalies in recent elections in Maryland.

✔ Conduct a comprehensive review of election methods and processes to ensure fairness, openness, and transparency.

✔ Prosecute those who have falsified election processes or results.


Protect

Protect Marylanders from those who have entered the United States and Maryland unlawfully or under false pretenses, as well as those who have unlawfully colluded with them to do so.[1]
