Michael Barrett was a 2018 Libertarian candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 4th Congressional District of Arkansas. Barrett dropped out of the race in September 2017.[1]

Barrett was a potential 2014 Republican candidate seeking election to the U.S. House to represent the 13th Congressional District of Texas. However, he never filed.[2] He previously ran as a Constitution Party candidate for the same office in 2010 but did not obtain ballot access.
