Michael Blecha
Michael Blecha was an at-large member of the Green Bay Board of Education in Wisconsin. He first won election to the board in 2005, and he served until April 2017 as he did not seek re-election.
Biography
Blecha worked as an opinion page editor for the Green Bay Press-Gazette prior to his retirement. He and his wife, Marguerite, have two children who graduated from district schools.[1]

Funding
As of February 7, 2014, Blecha did not report any campaign contributions or expenditures to the district office. State law allows candidates to claim exempt status from campaign finance reporting if contributions and expenditures do not exceed $1,000 during a calendar year.[2]
