Michael Boggs to join Georgia Court of Appeals

Georgia: Yesterday, Governor Nathan Deal appointed Michael P. Boggs to succeed J.D. Smith on the Georgia Court of Appeals. Boggs has served as a judge on the Waycross Judicial Circuit of the Superior Court since 2004. Before that, he was a member of the Georgia House of Representatives.[1][2]
