Michael Brandt is a probate judge for the East Haven-North Haven Probate District in Connecticut.[1] He was re-elected without opposition in 2014, winning a four-year term that expired on January 8, 2019.[2][3]

Judge Brandt ran against Judge Michael Albis for election to the new East Haven-North Haven Probate District on November 2, 2010[4] Michael Brandt won with 9,511 of the votes compared to Michael Albis's 8,454.[5] This new district replaced the North Haven Probate District in 2011.[6]
Education
Brandt earned his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College in 1990 and his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1994.[7]
Career
Brandt is the judge for the East Haven-North Haven Probate District, and his current term expires in 2019. He is also a partner at the law firm of Nugent & Bryant.[7]
