Michael Buser was a judge for Position 12 of the Kansas Court of Appeals. He assumed office on January 28, 2005. He left office on January 31, 2022.

Buser ran for re-election for the Position 12 judge of the Kansas Court of Appeals. He won in the retention election on November 6, 2018.

He was appointed to the court by Democratic Governor Kathleen Sebelius.[1][2] Buser retired on January 31, 2022.[3]

Education

Buser earned his B.A. in theology and American government from Georgetown University in 1974. He received his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1977.[1]
