Michael C. Lauranzano
Michael C. Lauranzano is a former district court judge for the Salem District Court in Essex County, Massachusetts.[1] He served from his appointment in 1999 until his retirement in October 2015.[2]
Education
Lauranzano earned a B.S. from Suffolk University in 1976 and a J.D. from the New England School of Law in 1981.[1]
Career
After graduating from law school, Lauranzano served as an assistant district attorney in Essex County until 1987. In 1988, he became assistant city solicitor in Beverly. He was city solicitor there for one year, from 1992 to 1993. He then concentrated on the private practice of law until 1999.[1]
