Michael C. Overstreet was a judge of the 14th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida.[1] He was re-elected without opposition in 2014, winning a six-year term that expired on January 4, 2021.[2][3] He retired from office on December 31, 2020. Overstreet will continue to serve as a Senior Circuit judge. [4]

Overstreet ran for re-election to the Fourteenth Circuit Court.
As an unopposed candidate, he was automatically re-elected without appearing on the ballot. [2] 

1996, 2002, 2008

Overstreet was re-elected to the circuit court in 1996, 2002 and 2008.[5][6][7]

Education

Overstreet received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law.[8]

Career

Overstreet was admitted to the bar in 1979. He worked with the law firm Staats, White, and Grabner until 1991. He later joined the circuit court.[8][9]
