Biography

Michael Carson was born in Washington, D.C. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1983 to 1987. Carson earned an associate degree from Triton College in 2000, a bachelor's degree from Lewis University in 2011, and a graduate degree from Springfield College in 2014. His career experience includes working as a legal professional. Carson has been affiliated with Black Male Initiative Georgia and Image Builders, LLC.[1]

At the age of eight, I vividly remember watching the news loop of Governor George Wallace's attempted assassination. While scared, on one hand, I was intrigued by it and what was happening beyond my daily experiences. As a result, I became intrigued with the news and politics and have been ever since.
My very first job was at the age of 13. I worked for a shoe store in order to help my parents who were part of "the working poor".
An ideal relationship is one that works hand in hand "for all" and not a select few or for lobbyists.
Protecting voting rights and providing quality healthcare options "for all" are two of the top pressing issues and challenges.
Redistricting that favors the results of the census.
Yes, compromise is necessary and desirable. However, one should not compromise their principles or the will of the people.
