|A lifetime of Service! US Army Paratrooper for 22 years with multiple deployments earning the Bronze Star. I ask that you allow me to continue serving by electing me as your State Representative. I will do the hard work required to ensure an effective government that works for you. Let's work together: to reshape the states business atmosphere to attract new high paying jobs. to improve our failings education system to protect our wetlands and natural habitats It became crystal clear to me that I can best help Tangipahoa Parish and Louisiana by entering this race and focusing on effective answers to real problems facing our people.
- Our children and grandchildren are leaving the state to find jobs. Let's change the anti-business atmosphere to attract new higher paying jobs here in Louisiana
- Our education system is a roadblock in Louisiana's future. I will ensure we bring the changes needed to improve that failing System.
- Technology, innovation, and infrastructure: The south end of our parish has outgrown the support infrastructure. I will demand this be addressed at the state and parish level.
When I retired from the Army and returned to Louisiana my children were school age. I asked them how they liked their new School. They said they loved it. I asked what they liked about it. They said because it was easy. The things Louisiana schools were teaching they had heard two years earlier in their last school. It makes me so angry that even years later our education system is still failing our future.
