Michael D. Duncan was a judge for Judicial District 23 of the North Carolina 4th Superior Court Division. He assumed office on January 1, 2019. He left office on December 31, 2022.

Duncan received his undergraduate degree in criminal justice from Appalachian State University in 1989 and his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1993.[1][4]

Career

Before he became a judge, Duncan worked as an attorney in general practice in Wilkesboro, North Carolina.[5]
