Michael Donnelly was a 2012 Green Party candidate for District 50 of the New York State Senate. He was a 2010 Green Party candidate for District 119 of the New York State Assembly. The primary election was on September 14, 2010, and the general election was on November 2.

Donnelly ran in the 2012 election for New York State Senate District 50. Donnelly ran in the Green Party primary on September 13, 2012. Donnelly was defeated by incumbent John A. DeFrancisco (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[1]
