Michael F. Devine
Michael F. Devine is a circuit court judge for the 19th Circuit in Fairfax County, Virginia. He has served as a judge on the court since April 1, 2010.[1]
Education
Devine received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.[1]
Career
Before he joined the 19th Circuit, Devine worked as an attorney in private practice and served as a substitute judge for the General District Court and the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court. He has also previously served as a public defender.[2]
