Michael F. Nozzolio (b. April 10, 1951) is a former Republican member of the New York State Senate, representing District 54 from 1993 to 2017. He served as majority whip from 2015 to 2017. He previously served as Senate deputy minority whip.

Nozzolio did not seek re-election to the New York State Senate in 2016.

Nozzolio served in the New York State Assembly, representing District 128 from 1982 to 1992. During this time he served as deputy minority leader.

Biography

Nozzolio earned his B.S. in labor relations from Cornell University, his M.S. in public administration/agricultural economics from Cornell University, and his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. His professional experience includes serving as a judge advocate general officer in the United States Naval Reserves and as a commander in the New York Naval Militia.[1]
