Education
Salisbury received his undergraduate degree from Juniata College in 1979 and his J.D. from the Widener University Law School in 1982.[4]
Career
For the five years prior to being elected to the court, Salisbury was a district attorney for Clinton County. Salisbury has also previously served as an assistant district attorney for more than ten years.[4]
