Michael Formby
Michael Formby was an interim member of the Honolulu City Council in Hawaii, representing District 4. He was appointed to the position on February 4, 2019, to serve until a permanent representative was elected in a special election on April 13, 2019.[1]
Background
Formby obtained a B.S., cum laude, in business and sociology from Texas A&M University in 1980. He received a J.D. with honors from South Texas College of Law in 1983.[2]
