Michael G. Carroll
Michael G. Carroll was a resident judge of the Sixth Circuit of Illinois, serving in Douglas County. He was elected in November 2006. He was retained in 2012 for a term expiring in 2018 but retired on January 1, 2014.[1][2][3][4]
Education
Carroll received his B.S. degree from Eastern Illinois University in 1969 and his J.D. degree from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1974.[2]

- 1982-2006: Attorney, Lemna, Moore & Carroll
- 1976-1982: State's attorney, Douglas County, Illinois
Carroll has also worked as the city attorney of Tuscola, Illinois.[2]

Carroll was retained on November 6, 2012, with 81.6% of the vote.[3][5]
