Michael Gardner is a judge of the Missouri Court of Appeals Eastern District. He assumed office in 2020. His current term ends on December 31, 2034.

Prior to his appointment to the appellate court, Gardner was a judge for the 32nd Judicial Circuit Court in Missouri from 2014 to 2020. He was elected to the court on November 4, 2014, for a six-year term, commencing on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2020.[1]

Biography

Before becoming a judge, Gardner was a partner with the law firm of Osburn, Hine, Yates & Murphy.[2] Gardner received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Missouri.[2] He has been affiliated with Cape West Rotary Club, Knights of Columbus, Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Foundation Board, and Boy Scouts of America [2]
